We accept merchandise purchased from us.naturecollection.com site only within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or less.

All returning items must be in the original condition, unopened and unused. We will not be able to process for a full refund if the product(s) have been used and/or opened. For any used and/or opened products, we may be able to process for a partial refund or Store Credit if the return conditions are met and accepted by Nature Collection US.

If the merchandise was damaged during shipment, we will replace it at no extra fees. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund in the original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for the all return shipping costs.


RETURN PROCESS

    1. Contact us via email at cs@naturecollection.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
    2. Our customer service will send you the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) if return conditions are accepted (exceptions may apply).
    3. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Form with your RMA#.
    4. Put return item(s) in the original packaging (if possible), include the Return Merchandise Authorization Form, item(s) to be returned, and seal the package securely.

For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via UPS and keep your receipt with the tracking number for your records.
